Their commitment to pet hospitality originated with their parents, Rick and Christi Coffey, who conceived a distinctive vision for pet services. Having begun their 16-year tenure as reception and lodging staff and progressively moving up the hierarchy—serving as managers, then general managers, and ultimately becoming owners—Jordan and Krista have indisputably proven themselves worthy of their executive positions.
